John Bawm was born in a quaint village in Bangladesh devoid of electricity and phone services to this day, John's childhood was shaped by the absence of modern amenities. Raised in a Pastor's family, a commitment to ministry became an integral part of his upbringing. Early on, John aspired to be a politician, driven by a desire to combat corruption in politics, assist the less fortunate, and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Devoting his life to aiding those around him and sharing the teachings of Jesus, John faced the challenges of growing up in a Pastor's family, where financial constraints often strained educational pursuits. However, John's unwavering obedience to God's teachings led to divine intervention, providing him with the opportunity for education through the support of fellow believers.
John successfully earned two Bachelor’s Degrees from Calvin Theological College and Seminary (CTC&S) and a Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership from the International Graduate School of Leadership (IGSL) in the Philippines. His gratitude for the educational support received inspired him to pray for similar assistance for underprivileged children in Bangladesh. In response to his prayers, John actively contributes by providing dormitory accommodations and scholarships to needy students, ensuring that impoverished children have improved access to education and a brighter future.

A compassionate initiative that originated in Eastern Oregon in 2021, thanks to the generous support of Mr. William J. Crittenden and his wife, Mrs. Imogen Crittenden.
Born on August 8, 1927, in Whitesville, New York, William James Crittenden dedicated his life to the teachings of Scripture, hymns, and, most notably, the Doctrine of Holiness. His conviction in being sanctified by the blood of Jesus Christ was a guiding force in his spiritual journey.
In 2015, a meaningful connection was forged between Bill and John, a bond that grew through countless conversations about their shared love for the Scriptures and their vision for future ministry. Central to their discussions was John's heartfelt desire to make a difference in the lives of children who lacked access to education. Bill, eager to contribute to this noble cause, embarked on a mission to support John's vision.
Following Bill's passing, his legacy lives on through his son, Mr. Donald, and daughter-in-law, Debbie Crittenden, who continue to carry the torch of his spiritual commitment with Learn To Lead Corporation. Their mission extends to helping underprivileged students in Bangladesh receive the education they deserve.
Bill Crittenden's life was a testament to unwavering faith and devotion to God, embodying the principles of a Christ-like disciple. He ardently believed in spreading the message of God's love to all.
